38/24 Audit of Accounts Report

A presentation will be made on the Audit of Accounts Report.

39/24 Proposed designation of Cresswell Quay Conservation Area

This report seeks approval to designate a Conservation Area within Cresswell Quay and also seeks approval to publish a Report of Consultation.

40/24 To Amend the Authority’s Scheme of Delegation

This report proposes minor amendments to the Authority’s Scheme of Delegation in relation to Development Management and in respect of amendments to existing policies to the Authority’s Management Team, where these do not change the general aims, objectives or direction of decision making, e.g. to reflect a change in working practice.

41/24 Socially Responsible and Sustainable Procurement Policy and Socially Responsible Procurement Strategy

The purpose of this report is to seek formal approval from the National Park Authority of the Authority’s Socially Responsible and Sustainable Procurement Policy and Socially Responsible Procurement Strategy (2024-2029)

42/24 Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Members are asked to approve the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Policy (previously our Equal Opportunity Policy).

43/24 Record Management and Retention Policy

Members are asked to approve the Record Management and Retention Policy.

44/24 Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales Draft Annual Report 2025/26

The report informs Members of the consultation draft Annual Report of the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales (the Panel) on the proposed level of Members’ salaries for 2025/26 and to seek their views thereon.

45/24 Request from the RNLI to Undertake Fundraising Activities on National Park Beaches

Members are asked to approve RNLI fundraising on six Park Authority managed beaches until Dec 2029.

46/24 Membership of Disciplinary, Grievance and Appeal Committees

Members are asked to receive membership of the Authority’s Investigating and Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Committee and Appeals Committee.
