To seek Authority approval for a final National Park Partnership Plan 2025-2029 (formerly Management Plan), and associated impact assessments.

08/25    Draft Budget Planning 2025/26

The report presents:

The Draft Revenue and Capital budgets for 2025/26 and forecast 2026/27 to 2028/29

The Draft 2025/26 Levy on Pembrokeshire County Council

Prudential Indicators for the Capital Programme

Investment Strategy, Reserves & Treasury Management Policy Statements for 2025/26

09/25    Asset Management Strategy and Policy

To approve the Asset Management Policy and Strategy.

10/25    Enforcement policy

To adopt the updated policy in relation to Planning Enforcement and Compliance.

11/25    Cresswell Quay Management Plan

To approve the draft Cresswell Quay Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan for consultation.

12/25    LDP 2 Review Report

To note the report of consultation of the Review Report and to approve the Review Report for submission to the Welsh Government.

13/25    Llyr floating offshore wind energy response

To agree the principles of the National Park Authority response to consultation of the consent required for the Llŷr Floating Offshore Wind Farm project and approve the response for submission to PEDW.

14/25    Clarification statement on potential implementation of Article 4 (1) Direction on Camping and Caravans

To approve the clarification statement for publication.

15/25    Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales (IRPW) report

To note the IRPW Annual Report for 2025/26 and to determine which post(s) should be remunerated with a Senior Salary.

16/25    Independent Members of the Standards Committee

To consider the recommendation to re-appoint Mr Phillip Davies as an Independent Member of the Standards Committee for a period of four years until the 6th of May 2029.

10. To consider whether the public should be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following item due to the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972

11. To receive a verbal update from the Chief Executive Officer regarding a judicial review.
