07/23 Response to the Welsh Government Technical Advice Note (TAN) 15: Development, flooding and coastal erosion – further amendments
The report seeks approval of a response to Welsh Government consultation on proposed further amendments to Technical Advice Note 15 on Flooding and Coastal Erosion.

08/23 The implications of recent Welsh Government Legislative and Planning Policy Changes in relation to Second Homes and Short-term Lets.
The report sets out a summary of the legislative and Welsh Government planning policy changes that have recently been introduced and the implications of these changes for currently considering planning applications under the Local Development Plan (2) and in terms of options relating to an Article 4 Direction.

09/23 Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority Youth Committee
The report updates Members on the work of the Youth Committee and seeks approval of the PCNPA Next Generation Youth Manifesto.

To receive about the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust.
The presentation will set out the aims and objectives of the Trust, how and why it was set up, a reflection on its impact to date and how it is benefiting the National Park.  Elsa Davis, Chair of the Trust will also be in attendance.

10/23 Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust
The report recommends that a new Memorandum of Understanding with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust for the period April 2018 to March 2023 be agreed.

11/23 Members’ Task and Finish Group to consider Toilet Funding
Members are asked to set up a Members Task and Finish Group to consider a response to the letter from Pembrokeshire County Council regarding funding for toilets.

12/23 Co-option of the Chair on to the South-West Wales Corporate Joint Committee and Members on Scrutiny and Sub-Groups
The report seeks the approval to co-opt Members onto the South-West Wales Corporate Joint Committee and to its Scrutiny and Sub-Groups and to nominate Members to these groups.

13/23 Member Remuneration 2023/24
The report informs Members of the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales’ decisions in relation to the Basic and Senior Salaries payable to National Park Authority Members for the financial year 2023/24.

14/23 Corporate Events
Members are asked to determine and authorise the level of representation at the corporate events set out in the report.

15/23 Calendar of Meetings 2023/2024 
Members are asked to approve a calendar of meetings for the forthcoming year.
