Annual Pass Terms and Conditions
- An annual pass permits the persons named on it to gain entry to Carew Castle and Tidal Mill and Castell Henllys Iron Age Village up to and including the expiry date shown on the ticket during advertised opening times.
- An annual pass will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- An annual pass does not include entry to paid-for ticketed events, evening events or those held at the sites by a third party. See specific event listings for details.
- Our family annual pass is valid for two adults (aged 17-64) and two children (aged 4-16)
- All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Concessionary annual passes are valid for those aged 65 years and over and students with a valid student card.
- Annual pass holders will only be admitted on production of a valid annual pass (digital copies or photographs will not be accepted).
- Lost annual passes can be replaced. A small administration fee is payable for this service.
- Annual passes are strictly non-transferable.
- You may be asked to provide ID when using an annual pass.
- Any attempt to use an annual pass by someone other than the named holder, regardless of the reason, will result in access being refused.
- Annual passes are not refundable.
- Refund of day tickets against the purchase of annual passes is valid on day of purchase only and will only be of an equivalent value.
- Please check our opening times before you visit.
- We reserve the right to vary the opening and closing hours/dates.
- We can’t be held responsible for incorrect information on external websites so please always check our website.

- If an annual pass is being purchased for an individual under the age of 16, in doing so the parent/guardian purchasing the pass gives consent for the processing of the child’s data.
