Consultation on the draft Cresswell Quay Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan
Comments are currently being invited on the draft Cresswell Quay Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan. The plan:
- Summarises the history of the area
- Identifies important buildings, open spaces and building features that are special to the character and appearance of the area
- Provides guidance on new development and how to look after and protect what makes the conservation area special
The guidance is proposed to be adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to form a material planning consideration for the positive management of the conservation area.
Draft Appraisal and Management Plan for consultation
They can be viewed at the National Park Authority offices when open to the public and on publicly accessible computers in public libraries where available. Paper copies of the guidance can be provided at a cost.
An online engagement event will be held on Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 29 April at 7pm to 8pm. Please register your interest in attending by emailing devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk. Please notify us by Monday 21 April if you wish to use the Welsh language in the meeting, so translation services can be made available.
