As a partner site for Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales exhibitions, there is always a free exhibition to explore, spark conversation and ignite curiosity.

In 2024/25 we celebrate 200 years of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), the charity dedicated to saving lives at sea. There are six lifeboat stations and 13 RNLI lifeguarded beaches along Pembrokeshire’s beautiful but hazardous coastline. Courage and Community – RNLI 200 Cymru highlights stories from across Pembrokeshire from the 1800s to the present day. The exhibition includes plenty to see, do and to inspire young visitors, with lots of interactive elements – audio, films, games, knot tying and dressing up.

Pembrokeshire Outdoor Schools (PODS) Co-ordinator, Bryony Rees, has put together a Teacher Support pack highlighting coastal curriculum resources and learning opportunities.
Find the resources here, and exhibition resources here.

There is also a downloadable trail to help explore sites with RNLI connections in St Davids and around the St Davids Peninsula. You can download it from here.
